Hiljuti teavitas ZIWI meid muudatusest seoses toodete saadavusega Euroopas.

ZIWI Peak Gentle Air-Dried tooted ei ole edaspidi enam Euroopas saadaval!

Ziwi toodete esindajana Eestis lootsime jagada teiega paremaid uudiseid ja mõistame, et see uudis tuleb suure pettumusena. Sellel kahetsusväärsel otsusel on kaks põhjust: Esiteks on Euroopa Lemmikloomatoidu Tööstuse Föderatsiooni (FEDIAF) rangete standardite täitmine seadnud tootjatele tõsised väljakutsed. Ziwi toodete kõrge toitainete sisaldus ja loodusliku tooraine loomulik varieeruvus, kasvõi sõltuvalt aastaaegadest, raskendab oluliselt nende eeskirjade järgimist. Teiseks on ülemaailmse nõudluse kasv väga suur ja see on viinud ZIWI õhu käes kuivatatud sarja tootmise maksimaalse võimsuseni. Vaatamata ennastsalgavatele pingutustele ei suuda Ziwi meeskond rahuldada kiiresti kasvavat nõudlust säilitades samal ajal toodete kõrget kvaliteeti ja standardit.

Selle suure muudatuse valguses on meil samas hea meel teatada, et ZIWI plaanib selle aasta teises pooles tulla Euroopa turule uute toodetega, mis hakkavad asendama ZIWI Peak Air-Dried tootesarja. ZIWI lubab, et see uuenduslik tootesari säilitab samasuguse tipptasemel kvaliteedi, millega ZIWI kliendid harjunud on, kuid erinevalt õhu käes kuivatatud ZIWI toodetest aurutatakse tooraine kõigepealt ja seejärel kuivatatakse õhu käes. Selline töötlemine võimaldab varieeruvust vähendada, et tooted vastaksid FEDIAF-i juhistele.

Konservid ja maiused jäävad alles ja ZIWI plaanib nende sortimenti ka suurendada, kuid laoseisu taastumist ei ole tõenäoliselt oodata enne 2024 a. sügist.
